Who Do I Work With? 

As a certified Health Coach, I work with both individuals and families. Usually they are people who realize that they are at a crossroads in their lives. They understand that they are not as healthy as they should be and are concerned with the direction they are headed. However, they feel powerless to change because the actions they have taken in the past haven’t been successful. They know they need help but can’t help themselves or their families.

BMI is used as a screening tool to identify possible weight problems for adults. However, BMI is not a diagnostic tool.  The use of BMI allows people to compare their own weight status to that of the general population.
